Appointment Cancellation Policy
To respect the time of all patients:
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before appointment → 50% of session fee charged
• No-call / No-show appointments → 100% of session fee charged

If you notify us at least 48 hours in advance, we are happy to reschedule at no charge.
